Sunday 22 November. THE WALK. A men's coastal walk for suicide awareness. We walk the coast out from North Harbour Reserve, sit down on the sand and breathe, then head back for a BBQ. No speeches. No workshop. No one asking you to share. Most men who are struggling never say a word about it to anyone. That doesn't usually change in a therapy room. It changes on a walk, shoulder to shoulder, when there's no eye contact and no pressure and something happens to come up. Come if you've lost someone. Come if you've been the one struggling. Come if you just want a good Sunday morning with decent men. All three are welcome and no one will ask which you are. Any age, any fitness. Plenty come alone. A registered counsellor walks with us. 7:00am · North Harbour Reserve, Balgowlah · $20 · done by lunchtime Link in bio and website under events. Bring a mate who's gone quiet lately. Nobody tells you letting go takes more than one try. ⚠️ ⚠️ Viewer discretion: raw and real, some swearing in this clip. A man came to an old boatbuilder, his hands raw from gripping a rope tied to something he lost long ago. "I've tried letting go a hundred times," he said. "Some days I loosen my grip. The next morning, it's wrapped round my wrist again." The old man smiled. "That's not failure. Nobody drops a rope they've held this long all at once." He uncurled one finger. "Just this one. Today." Months later, the man noticed his hands were empty. He couldn't remember the moment he let go. He only knew he had. Letting go isn't one moment. It's a practice. Some days you'll grab on again, and that's okay. 💬 What's one thing you're ready to loosen your grip on? Drop it below. 🔁 Send this to a mate who's been carrying something heavy. 📌 Save it for the days it's hard. Pass the mic 🎤 New to the area? This one's for you. Moving is brutal on a bloke's social life. New suburb, new job, maybe a new baby. You're surrounded by people and you don't know a single one of them. The mates are back where you came from, and starting over feels like a young man's game. Here's the thing nobody says out loud: half the blokes on that bench were new once too. New to the Hills, new to all of it, wondering if they'd fit. They turned up anyway. Now they're the welcome. You don't need to know anyone. You don't need to be fit, or fixed, or have your story ready. You just need to rock up. Every Sunday, Kellyville. Come as you are. We'll take it from there. #KaizenPath #SundaySessions #KellyvilleNSW #HillsDistrictSydney #MensWellbeing by @the_kaizen_path
Sometimes it’s the quiet moments that stay with me the most. ❤️ The headphones come off. The music stops. And there he sits, deep in thought. I don’t know exactly what’s going through his mind in this moment, and I don’t need to. Because every man who walks through our doors has a story. Some are carrying grief. Some are navigating heartbreak, guilt or pain they’ve never spoken about. And sometimes, having the space to stop, breathe and sit with your thoughts is something you haven’t allowed yourself to do in a very long time. There’s no pressure to talk. No expectation to share. Just the space to be. Men deserve moments like this too. ❤️ 🎧 MEN’S ONLY 9D BREATHWORK 🤝 In collaboration with @the_kaizen_path 📅 13 December 📍 Baulkham Hills, NSW Theme: Letting Go & Moving On 🎟️ Book through the link in bio. Share this with a man who deserves some time for himself. #MensMentalHealth #9DBreathwork #GuidedGrowthCoaching #LettingGoAndMovingOn #MensWellbeing by @the_kaizen_path
Inclusion isn't a policy. It's an arm around the shoulder. 🤝 Every background. Every belief. Every age. Every ability. No one here has to earn their place in the circle — the moment you show up, you're in it. That's the whole point. Because men don't open up where they feel judged. They open up where they feel they belong. Know a bloke who needs this? Send it to him. 👊 #KaizenPath #SundaySessions #HillsDistrictSydney #SydneyMen #Inclusion by @the_kaizen_path

Money stress is a men's health issue. Australian men under financial stress have a 53% higher risk of developing a mental health condition and a 29% higher risk of chronic physical health problems (Australian Institute of Family Studies). It works both ways: ▪️ Mind: Money pressure feeds anxiety, depression and a constant feeling of being on edge. You end up wired, irritable or completely drained. ▪️ Body: It shows up as tension headaches, high blood pressure, fatigue and a weaker immune system. ▪️ The cycle: Poor mental health creates money problems too. Men with moderate to severe depression are 78% more likely to experience financial stress later on. ▪️ The provider trap: Many of us tie our self-worth to what we earn, so job loss or debt can feel like personal failure. Signs to watch for, in yourself or a mate: • Avoiding bills or not checking your bank balance • Pulling away from friends and family • Drinking or gambling more • Skipping the doctor, therapy or prescriptions to save money That's why we ran Money, Mindset & Freedom tonight. A room full of men got honest about where they stand, where they want to go, and how to start acting on a plan. Huge thanks to Sean Law from Blue Pebble Loans and Rob Morris from Goodwin Chivas & Co. Both are members of and contributors to the Kaizen Path community, and they gave their time and expertise back to the brotherhood. Thanks also to Goodwin Chivas & Co for hosting us. 🙏 If money's weighing on you, you don't have to carry it alone. Come to the park on a Sunday morning. 7am, Kellyville Memorial Park, all welcome. 🔗 kaizenpath.org.au #KaizenPath #MensHealth #MensMentalHealth #FinancialWellbeing #MoneyMindset by @the_kaizen_path
Men cry too. Men hurt too. And men carry things nobody knows about. For so long, men have been taught to be strong, hold it together and push through whatever life throws at them. But being strong shouldn’t mean suffering in silence. Watching a man give himself permission to feel, be vulnerable and release emotions he’s been holding onto is something incredibly powerful. Because vulnerability isn’t weakness. It takes courage to face what you’ve been carrying. And this is exactly why we’re creating more spaces for men to feel heard, supported and understood. We’ve teamed up with @the_kaizen_path for a special Men’s Only 9D Breathwork session. **13 DECEMBER | LETTING GO & MOVING ON** To every man who’s been carrying more than he lets on, this one’s for you. Please share this with a man in your life. You never know who might need it. #MensMentalHealth #KaizenPath #9DBreathwork #LettingGoAndMovingOn #GuidedGrowthCoaching by @the_kaizen_path
