A little “Moin” from Bremen, delivered to Frankfurt on four engines. 👑✈️

@lufthansa’s Boeing 747-8 D-ABYR, named “Bremen”, on short final for RWY 25L at @frankfurtairport on a cloudy autumn afternoon.

Soft grey-blue clouds, a faint touch of pink in the sky and the Europaturm standing right below the nose, as if the tower and the Queen had rehearsed this line-up. 🗼

Swipe through for the details: the “Bremen” name under the cockpit, that famous upper deck, the GEnx engines and those raked wingtips that look like they were drawn with a ruler. 📸

And no matter how many 747s I’ve photographed at FRA, I still catch myself counting the engines every single time. Yes, still four. 😄
