Team Zaire (Masiya Zaire)

Masiya had the opportunity to compete in the #SCORECrossCountryCityChampionships today on 10/31/2026. This was her very first official CPS Championship Race. She became the first 5th grader, the first black person, the first black girl to win with the fastest time in the history of the meet with a 5:48.65. This was also a PR for her. A special thanks goes out to Coach Josh Jones for all of his support. Masiya is concluding her cross country season undefeated in which she won two city championships. #Teamzaire #Clissold #SCORECrossCountryCityChampionships #blackgirlmagic
