As a Chief Legal Officer, I spend a lot of time advising and coaching executives on leadership. But every week, I step onto a soccer field with a group of six-year-olds, and somehow, I always walk away having learned something myself. ⚽️❤️

Beyond the humility they teach me, these little girls remind me to:

✨ Believe in each other and work as a team.
✨ Lead with kindness and encouragement.
✨ And most importantly, never forget to have fun!
