SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!
After 10 months in the 80s, with several recomp successes (down 2 pants sizes, more toned) and mental victories, I am gifted this! This moment deserves a permanent space. It’s more than the number.
It’s perseverance. It’s using my own knowledge to pivot and change, it’s demonstrating patience, and it’s a result of knowing I needed to do some things different!
That 70’s show begins now!
