Come and sit with us in a warm, grounded space where we can share what is alive within us — the things we carry, the things we’re ready to release, and the wisdom we often hear only when we become still.
Through voice sharing, breath, sound and ceremony, we’ll explore the medicine of being heard and the power of listening.
