🌿 WOMEN’S CIRCLE | VOICE • SHARING • SOUND 🌿
A gathering of women.
A circle to slow down, soften, listen and reconnect.
Come and sit with us in a warm, grounded space where we can share what is alive within us — the things we carry, the things we’re ready to release, and the wisdom we often hear only when we become still.
Through voice sharing, breath, sound and ceremony, we’ll explore the medicine of being heard and the power of listening.
🌾 Speak from the heart
🌾 Be witnessed without judgement
🌾 Let your voice be heard, exactly as it is
🌾 Release through sound and vibration
🌾 Rest in the sounds of the circle
🌾 Connect, ground and remember you are not alone
No singing experience needed.
No need to have the right words.
Just come as you are.
Bring your stories.
Bring your silence.
Bring your whole, beautiful, imperfect self.
A circle. A shared breath. Many voices. One space to belong. 🤎
📅 5/11/26
⏰ 7.30-9pm
📍Manor House neighbourhood centre LE32BG

Come and gather with us around the sound of our voices and the grounding presence of the earth.

Time to show up - social media is alot tbh !! I have done this work for years through word of mouth . Did sound baths for 10 years and didn’t take 1 photo.. did massages for years and now glossy pics - advertising every 2 seconds - it’s a great tool but personally I find it draining !! just saying !!🙄🤪🙄
my own journey through midlife has humbled me in a way I was not prepared for ...
life has a way of catching up with you. Years of single parenting - 3 jobs 3 kids ..sound healing .. ceremony ..nursing . Special needs teacher loving life .. energy drive motivation.., yoga gym vegetarian -healthy lifestyle naturally

Then the hormone changes kick in ..
the adrenal fatigue from doing it all for so long . The experiences along the way .. and I had no idea 🤷🏽‍♀️
And none of my usual go to practices worked in the same way u
My journey into my womb has been deep .. and it’s a continuing spiralling path

I have worked in maternity units and on gynae wards and seen women in their most vulnerable places . I have witnessed the trauma . Women in peri/menopause struggling to carry on in the same way . And the body and womb hold the score

It is comforting not to have to heal alone . We need to support each other . We need rest ..we need sisterhood . We need society to recognise all we hold and navigate .-to teach our daughters and sons so they do it differently . To be supported to be in our feminine energy and to dream and cocreate new ways of being

Spiritual bypassing is real -can’t love and light your way out of everything ., there comes a time to stop and feel . I have had to feel and feel deeply the journey of the underworld - the archetypal death mother - the pain .. the exhaustion -the sister wound the witch wound -the ancestral baggage. 🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈. 🌈❤️🌈❤️🌈❤️ and I continue to rise 🙏🏼🙏🏼
I offer rights of passage ceremonies to mark these huge moments in a women’s life -
Pregnancy massage - womb healing /wrap
- child loss/ bereavement- menopause transition support voice activation work .,-all wth sound transmission - Coming into our womb space takes time and patience ⭕️

Women’s Circle and Sound Ceremony
Thursday 5th November
7.30-9.15pm £18
@ Manor House LE32BG

shared wisdom. shared voices. relaxation. sound ceremony.

Come and join with other women to share in circle - there is a beauty and power in coming together with other sisters . come as you are - all is welcome whether you having a good day or a bad day. we hold each other . a safe space to be seen and heard . to be witnessed. no rescuing. just presence. no fixing . just feeling, allowing, acknowledging and being. we are cyclical beings constantly journeying through ups and downs , dark and light- and that is ok

there is an invitation to use your voice with simple sounds ( no experience necessary - no obligation - just sit and listen if that is all you can manage ) - to feel the power of your own vibration - to access the joy that exists within - this can feel scary if you haven’t done it before but the energy of sisters in circle is infectious and before you know it there is a scared harmony and a smile on your face and afterwards an internal glow .

you will lay down and receive sacred sound ceremony - where the vibrations will soothe and transport you wherever you need to go . sound is such a gentle yet powerful medicine to unblock and unlock tensions, limiting beliefs, dis-harmony and bring about balance and calm . can help with anxiety, pain and overthinking as the vibration affect brainwaves bring about physiological changes in the body .

bring mat blanket water - anything you need to be comfy and warm

As we journey into the darker months of the year, we are invited to turn inwards, reconnect with our own inner light, and honour all that has unfolded along our path

Together, we will create space for new intentions, planting the seeds of what we wish to nurture, grow and bring to life in the coming year. 🌱

🤍 Ground with Somatic Movement & Gentle Breathwork

🌺 Journey with heart opening Mama Cacao

🥥 create Sacred Despacho of gratitude and prayer

🔔 surrender into a Sacred Sound Ceremony

A space to simply be. To rest. To remember.

✨ Living in Gratitude & Ceremony

As we continue to navigate our own awakening and evolution, there is such beauty in learning to meet life with greater consciousness, presence and gratitude. To honour where we are, to recognise the lessons and acknowledge our experiences, and to offer prayers of love for ourselves, our loved ones and the world around us.

It feels like such an honour to gather in sacred space, sharing this journey together — connecting with our hearts, remembering our inner light and creating a loving foundation for the seeds we wish to plant for the year ahead.

I look forward to welcoming you into this beautiful evening of ceremony, connection and sound. 💫

Come as you are, with an open heart and a curious spirit. There is nothing you need to achieve — simply space to breathe, receive and reconnect with yourself.

With love, gratitude and magic. 🤍✨ Emma x by @harmonichealth
