From basketball and football to the HYROX floor. What started as a side challenge in May quickly became something much bigger. Now studying in Barcelona, Farida Fathy has already completed 7 races and secured 5 podium finishes, with plenty more ahead.

Since beginning his HYROX journey in January, Adham Hany has competed in almost 20 races and qualified for the World Championships in two categories. A remarkable progression in a short time, driven by consistency, commitment, and the determination to keep pushing further.

After 16 years in professional horse riding, Mohammed Khafagy took on a new challenge with HYROX. Since then, he has competed across Europe and the Middle East, securing podium finishes in Athens Doubles and Istanbul Relay. Now, he is pushing to break the 60-minute barrier and represent Egypt on the international stage.
