From seemingly perfect lifestyles on Instagram to the pressure to have it all figured out, comparison has a way of making us overlook how far we've come.

For Campus Chronicles Season 6, Episode 7, we had the pleasure of hosting Judy Nyawira (Bi Mkuru Mkurugenzi) for an engaging conversation on The Art of Contentment: Breaking the Comparison Trap.

Together, we explored the influence of social media, our perceptions of success, the pursuit of the 'soft life' and the importance of appreciating our own journeys without constantly measuring them against someone else's.

Because perhaps the secret isn't having everything everyone else has, but finding fulfilment in the life we're building.
