Is the grass really greener on the other side, or have we just become too busy comparing to appreciate our own? 👀

From seemingly perfect lifestyles on Instagram to the pressure to have it all figured out, comparison has a way of making us overlook how far we've come.

For Campus Chronicles Season 6, Episode 7, we had the pleasure of hosting Judy Nyawira (Bi Mkuru Mkurugenzi) for an engaging conversation on The Art of Contentment: Breaking the Comparison Trap.

Together, we explored the influence of social media, our perceptions of success, the pursuit of the 'soft life' and the importance of appreciating our own journeys without constantly measuring them against someone else's.

Because perhaps the secret isn't having everything everyone else has, but finding fulfilment in the life we're building.

A big thank you to Judy for making this conversation worthwhile! 💙

Here's to living intentionally, celebrating our progress and choosing contentment over comparison.

The Amazing Race 2026 was nothing short of amazing🤩🤩!!!!
Smiles, laughter, sweat, fun, adventure and so much more transpired at Karura forest. All in all, the mentors were happy, the mentees were happy, the judges were happy but the winners of the race went home happier and richer.

Why should you miss the next one??
