YALI Network Abuja

What an incredible and impactful learning experience we had yesterday.

Our October edition of YALI Network Abuja Face2Face featured an intensive masterclass on “Funding Your Impact: A Practical Guide to Grant Writing,” bringing together young leaders, changemakers, entrepreneurs, and project founders eager to turn their ideas into impactful, fundable initiatives.

From understanding the difference between a concept note and a full project proposal to developing SMART objectives, crafting compelling pitches, and navigating the grant application process, our facilitators, Isaac Joshua and Dr. Hassana Shuaibu, took participants through practical insights and hands-on exercises designed to strengthen their grant-writing capacity.

It was more than a training session; it was an opportunity to learn, engage, ask critical questions, and acquire practical skills that can help transform ideas into sustainable projects and meaningful community impact.

A big thank you to our facilitators and everyone who showed up, participated, and contributed to making this engagement a success.

The journey towards securing sustainable funding and creating greater impact starts with the knowledge and action we take today. This is only the beginning! 💙
