Recipe: *organic and local ingredients are best if possible for the most nutrients!*

In a slow cooker, add an organic chicken with 1 cup organic dry white beans, 3 cups chopped carrots, 2 small turnips chopped, 2 cups chopped celery, 2 inch knob minced ginger, 2 cloves minced garlic (chop these and let sit for 10 mins to enhance the antioxidant properties 10x), 1 bunch of parsley, 1 Tbsp fennel seeds and spicy seasoned sea salt. Cover with filtered water and let cook overnight over for about 8-12 hours. Enjoy with your favourite GF noodle (I used Giadzy Stelline), olive oil and enjoy!

Marraskuun ensimmäinen viikko tuo jo lumisempia sateita osaan maata maanantain ja tiistain välisenä yönä. #sää #mtvsaa

A few costumes from over the years..I love getting into character. Especially when I can be especially dorky for my passes friends. 😜

Last pic is my Halloween my fave…until tomorrow!💕
