Another year goes by, and I couldn’t be more grateful for every day I wake up sober and above ground. 🙏🏼

In full transparency, I stopped counting birthdays when I turned 49. So when people ask how old I am, I usually say, “I’m not sure.” 😂 True story!

Because to me, my age isn’t important. I don’t act any age. I’m just me.

I do what I love. I’ll be at the gym, on the field, tanning on a tropical beach, and on the dance floor until God calls my name!

What matters is how I feel. The people I surround myself with. The life I’m living. And most importantly, whether I’m happy.

Maybe instead of asking people how old they are, we should start asking them if they’re happy.

And if you ask me today?

The answer is YES. 😘
