One question i want to ask is what about widevine security level? Does it affect handshake with ott apps?

Bhai, it would be a great help if you could unlock the accessibility options on my TV. It's a OnePlus TV, DOO brand. I need to turn on USB debugging. It is on, but only the high contrast text option is visible and no other options appear. I want all the other options to be available, so let me know if you can enable them.
