🧡 MOVEMBER IS HERE! FANCY A GOOD CHAT, BEER (AF) AND SAUNA?

Great to finally meet Harry from @speykout What a guy! 🙌

Harry’s young enough to be my son 😂 but what a brilliant conversation!

Mental health, rugby, running, Castleford, community… you name it, we probably covered it!

We’ve already got a few ideas for collaborating through SAVR Run CIC, and I’m genuinely excited to see where things go.

Sometimes all it takes is a brew, a chat and a bit of time out. And that’s exactly what we’re hoping to create this International Men’s Day!
