Here is the honest answer. You cannot get back the years behind you. Nobody can sell you those,
and I would be careful with anyone who implies they can.

What you can do is stop losing the years ahead of you. Those are still yours, and there are
usually more of them than women assume.

Late is a starting point. Too late is a verdict. Almost nobody is actually at the second one.
