EVA CATHERINE CHICOLLO

Turning my friend Christina’s bedroom into a moody, dusty rose retreat might be one of my favorite bedroom makeovers yet.

Last week, we completely transformed her space with color-drenched dusty rose walls, beautiful new furniture, and layers of warm, earthy tones to give it that cozy, feminine boutique hotel feel.

This week was all about the finishing touches, and you guys KNOW how I feel about window treatments. They can literally make or break a room.

The final touch? Custom @twopagescurtains linen curtains and the most STUNNING motorized Roman shade. I'm actually obsessed with how these turned out.

Here's exactly what I ordered:
Triple-Pleat Linen Curtains | Style #1908-7 | Color: Tapioca | Memory Shaped | Blackout Liner
Motorized Roman Shade | Sara Le Collection | Style #SL-N4 | Pattern: Iris | Outside Mount | Blackout Liner

The Tapioca curtains are the perfect warm neutral against the dusty rose walls, but can we PLEASE talk about this Roman shade?! The pattern, the colors, the way it ties the entire room together. It's giving custom designer bedroom without trying too hard.

From those awful plastic vertical blinds to THIS?! I'm sorry, the difference is insane.

Christina absolutely loves her new room, and creating a space that feels so perfectly her has been the sweetest experience.

Which detail is your favorite — the dusty rose walls, the linen curtains, or that gorgeous patterned Roman shade?
