⭐️ Pretty Penny & Indy

We were so relieved on Saturday when the vet said Penny’s eye was no longer ulcerated 👏🥳

We still have to be cautious while the scar tissue hopefully heals more but she was thrilled to be back out for walkies 🥰 if only her slobber chops didn’t give her away that she was tired 🤭 sorry, Penny, we know you too well!

Something maybe not thought about, unless you’ve had to go through IVDD or similar, is just how much you KNOW your dog and their limits. We’re hawk eyed for the little changes in Penny’s behaviour that lets us know she needs something & her getting slobbery on a walk means she’s ready for a rest. Or that she’s over stimulated with new sniffs 😂 but that also means she needs a rest 🤭
