📷U.S. Department of State / Axios/ AFP
Now that’s what I call ✨adapting✨ I want to be as involved in this process as I can and I’m making it work! I’m not the best at some things but hey I figured out how to take out tack strips!! Who the heck decided that was a good idea to lay carpet?! Because they are a pain to take out!

My kind of vacation… 🌊🤍✨ No rush, no deadlines, no elaborate plans… just the sound of the waves, the warmth of the sun, salty hair, sandy feet, and a heart that feels a little lighter with every passing moment. 🌴☀️ There’s something about the sea that makes you slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with yourself. A reminder that life doesn’t always have to be about doing more, achieving more, or being somewhere else. Sometimes, happiness is simply being present, soaking in the beauty around you, and letting the moment be enough. 🌊🩵 Give me a beautiful beach, a breathtaking sunset, a little sunshine, some peaceful moments with myself, and the freedom to just be… and honestly, I couldn’t ask for more. This is my kind of luxury. This is my kind of wellness. This is my kind of vacation. 🤍🏝️ #vietnam #vacation #beachvibes #vungtau #vietnamtravel poonamyadav yoga
This was a tough but important experiment to do. We can’t be naive when it comes to social media and our precious kids.
