to our community 🤍

the response to opening week was more than we could have ever imagined. thank you for showing up, sharing us with your friends, and filling our little cafe every day.

because of that, we’ll be temporarily closing to expand and improve our back-of-house operations so we can better support the volume we’ve been lucky enough to experience.

we don’t have an exact reopening date yet, but we’ll be working hard behind the scenes and hope to welcome you back very soon.

what a weekend!!! 🤍

thank you for making our grand opening one we’ll never forget. we sold out of both of our weekend specials much earlier than we ever imagined, and we’re so grateful for the incredible turnout.

our syrups, whips, and weekend desserts were made fresh in-house each day. this weekend taught us so much. we’ll be taking everything we learned into the weeks ahead as we continue refining every detail of the P25 experience.

we’ll be closed monday to reset, restock, and prepare everything fresh for the week ahead. thank you again, and we’ll see you tuesday at 9am.
