Let’s head into 2027 with a plan and no last minute stress. by @p2__performance

Your starting point is about more than your weight, calories, and progress photos.

As part of our Black Friday promotion, P2 is covering the cost of a basic bloodwork panel for the first 10 new clients who sign up and pay.

Why is this valuable?

Bloodwork gives us another layer of information before coaching even begins.

We can look at important health markers alongside your current nutrition, training, energy, recovery, and goals to better understand where you’re starting.

This information can help us:

* Identify areas of your health that may need more attention
* Make more informed nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
* Recognize potential concerns that warrant medical follow-up
* Establish a baseline to reference as you make progress
* Personalize your coaching experience from day one

Our Head of Nutrition, Page Thorla, RDN, will also provide a written review of your results, helping you understand what your numbers mean and how they may relate to your goals.

Bloodwork doesn’t tell us everything, but when combined with your history, habits, and goals, it can be an incredibly useful tool.

We want to understand as much as we can about the person we’re coaching, right from the beginning.

This bonus is available to the first 10 new clients who sign and pay.

Ashleigh is amazing! I always love it when old clients come back. Not because it didn't work the first time, but because they are in a new season of life with new goals 👏🏼

It's honestly pretty amazing how well she has done, but she's really putting in the work, and it's paying off.

She's going on vacation next month so we are increasing her intakes to get her ready to eat intuitively on that trip. Then we're back at it.

Oh and did we mention New York City marathon 2027? 😌 by @p2__performance

The speed of this video is actually pretty ironic, considering how much time and work went into everything you’re seeing.

Next month marks 8 years of online coaching for me. I’ve been working remotely in nutrition since 2015, long before online coaching was as common or widely accepted as it is today.

I’ve spent a pretty significant portion of my adult life (so crazy??) getting to know people through weekly check-ins, food logs, lab results, progress photos, and some veryyyy hard, honest conversations.

And after all these years, I think what I appreciate most is how much of this work happens outside of what anyone else gets to see.

The adjustments we make when someone gets pregnant (and I'm the first to know), enters perimenopause, starts a new medication, develops an injury, struggles with their relationship with food, or has a season of life where their priorities need to change.

The conversations about hunger, digestion, hormones, sleep, stress, and all the things that influence someone’s health but don’t necessarily show up in a before-and-after photo.

I am incredibly proud of the physical transformations in this video. Every single one represents someone’s time, effort, and trust in me.

But some of the most meaningful progress I’ve witnessed in eight years has never made it into a transformation highlight. Thank you to everyone who has worked on their health with me, and I can't wait for more.

(My Client Transformations highlight has all of these for you to look at and hear about more intentionally if you'd like!!) ✨ DM me for 1:1 coaching, 1x consults and fat loss challenges! by @p2__performance

This past challenge was a really fun one because I got to work with so many friends.

✨Kelly and Amy are sisters and they are some of my favorite people on the planet.

They live in different places and have pretty different lives, but both decided to do a 10 week challenge together.

Kelly started the challenge 7 months postpartum with her second baby, and during the 10 weeks, they BOTH went to Costa Rica for a wedding and still got these results.

Now they are slowly increasing their intakes and working on intuitively eating to maintain their results and enjoy the summer. (We have a Reverse Dieting / Intuitive Eating 6 week module free inside of @p2_pulse for all of our coaching clients and challenge members.)

Love you both sm!!! ❤️
