Whether you’re coached by an expert or coaching yourself, your health shouldn’t require 3 apps, a spreadsheet, mile-long email threads, and hours of logging just to stay organized.

Most people don’t need more fitness information.

They need an adaptable system.

Pulse is the Performance Operating System built to reduce the noise and help people actually apply what works! by @p2_pulse

This is a flex I will continually make. I have been obsessed with giving my clients access to their micronutrient information since day one.

I look at my clients' water, fiber, and bowel movements as much as I look at their calorie totals.

If my clients are having digestion issues, in every check-in I break down their soluble versus insoluble fiber intake, among other things.

So if you're reading this and if "nothing seems to be working," sometimes you just need to start looking at things differently 😏

Over 10 years of coaching experience, and we're still getting better every day.

Love what we're building.

Full day of eating with a twist…

Nobody gives a shit about pictures of my chicken and rice bowls so let’s walk through some (but by no means all) of the ways you can create meal logs in Pulse:

Meal 1 - Take a pic of your food and have Pulse’s AI analyze and estimate the nutritional content…it’s shockingly good!

Meal 2 - Using the Nutrition Assistant, add a pic of ingredients and it will generate a meal recommendation + recipe for you…one click accept to add the meal to your daily log

Meal 3 - Combining the multi-item meal builder with the AI search feature…again, shockingly good and quick!

Meal 4 - Two demos in one here…first, I copied a meal from a previous day by long pressing to open the action menu (right click on desktop), then deleted it so I could add it from my Saved Meals instead

Meal 5 - Using the Pulse Assistant (the primary chatbot), toggle on “meal” mode and just explain what you want…here I wanted a snack that would zero out my remaining macros and the assistant nailed it exactly

Last slide just shows the overview of my day with some pretty colors and visuals
