Did you know that singing is actually one of the best natural mood boosters out there? 🎤✨

When we sing, our brains release endorphins and dopamine (the feel-good chemicals), while deep vocal breathing helps lower stress and calm the nervous system. It boosts mindfulness, releases tension, and leaves you feeling completely re-energised! 🙌💥

Singing in a group creates a real sense of connection and belonging: a powerful reminder that you are never on your own.

How do you feel after a good sing-song? Let us know below! 👇🎶

It’s definitely starting to get a little chilly out there, and the ‘BER months are well and truly setting in! 🍂🧥

Did you know we have official P3 hoodies available? They’re super cosy, super comfy, and perfect for keeping warm during class and on the way home.

Treat your child to their new favourite hoodie this week: ask us at the front desk or drop us a message to grab yours! 🙌✨
