Swing update on @p_body42

Focus this week was on building a stronger more efficiently explosive lower half. Still room to grow but we are really happy with what we got done today!

Development is like squeezing water out of a sponge, getting 90% of the water out is easy, that last 10% takes work. Building the foundation isn’t hard, it takes consistency. @p_body42 using the TAP Connection ball to do one of our favorite drills. What does the drill help with?

✅Reinforces a strong connected turn (ball drops early if front arm disconnects-immediate feedback)

✅Teaches the athlete when and where to release their hands (when done properly the yellow ball will drop and roll the direction the baseball is hit)

✅We’re using a deep inside tee setup on top of the connection ball to reinforce getting on path/plane with the pitch
