What we love about each Beyonding Retreat is that nature and environment become an additional facilitator for the experience. Last year, there were countless experiences where nature talked to us and reminded us of why we were there. From the morpho butterflies who reflected our upcoming transformation when we arrived at @imiloa.institute, to the family of monkeys who were reminding us to play, to the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets to remind us of divine creation and the adorable sloth who reminded us of the importance of rest and moving slowly. 🦋🦥🐒🌅

In just one month we will arrive back in Costa Rica and see what nature will reveal to us, remind us, and reinforce for us during our transformations ahead.

We are almost sold out. So if your soul is stirring or curious about it, register now at beyondingretreat.com and let your transformation begin!

Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay and we hope you are taking some time in service of your mental health today.

Here's a message that was shared in a recent session led by Kailei Carr and Pascale Bourne that is one for all of us to take in... When life feels chaotic, our greatest power is not in controlling the storm—but in becoming the calm center within it.

By choosing to stay grounded in our calmness, we not only steady ourselves, but we ripple peace into the collective energy. Every breath, every pause, every choice to return to center has an impact.

May these words nurture your spirit today.

I can’t believe 26 years ago God blessed me to be the mother to such a wonderful human being who gives his heart and soul to the pursuit of spreading light and love to others! Happy blessed birthday son!! by @p_bourne

I am so grateful and excited to share another birthday with the love of my life! Today we celebrate Ebon’s 54th birthday. This past year has been filled with many blessings which required Ebon to navigate many hurdles including overseeing the medical care of ALL 4 of our parents, acquiring a new concierge medical practice, supporting me in my entrepreneurial journey and loving on our kids through major transitions in their lives! He has been a rock and a role model for how real men deal with the real emotions of the ups and downs of life. We are beyond blessed to have had another year of life touched by Ebon’s silliness, smiles, laughter as well as his faith, courage and determination!
Let’s love on MY sweet love today and every day!! Happy birthday Eb! #reallove #birthdayblessings #premierconciergecareatlanta by @p_bourne

Mental exhaustion, spiritual depletion can separate us from the power God has given us to live a life filled with immeasurable joy and unexplainable peace. So it is so important for us to do the “work” of spending time in meditation and prayer, talking to the Holy Spirit , journaling, being in fellowship, speaking to a therapist and all the other ways your mental health is nourished. My dear friend says, healing is required for each of us to bring love energetically to this world.
When someone annoys you, frustrates you, hurts you-send love and light to them. When they are healed by you extending grace to them, they will do the same to bring love and light to us all! How will you nurture your mental and spiritual health today? by @p_bourne

Galatians 6:9 says “Let us not get tired of doing good, for we will reap at the proper time if we don’t give up.” It’s as if the author of the verse knew that being kind and doing good works comes with great effort. They seemed to already understand that in our human nature, the tendency is to take the easiest path in life. Small and big efforts to show kindness like checking on an elderly person or going on a mission trip can make us weary as we sacrifice what we COULD have been doing, to do the thing that God has called us to do. I say all of this to encourage us not to give up when we grow tired or just don’t feel like! God sees our faithfulness and the harvest of kindness and good works is God saying, “well done my good and faithful servant!”

The Beyonding Retreat is a sacred invitation to activate something within us. Something that has been calling us toward it. Something deep inside of us that is waiting to emerge.

Throughout the journey, we go through many stages, including cleansing, releasing, and letting go of what no longer serves us. This is so important because our empathy and connection to our families, communities, and work cause us to take on so much. The challenges of everyday life and what is happening in this world weigh us down. Here, we realign with our truth and prepare to re-enter our lives with greater clarity, deeper purpose, soulful intention and inner power.

Because we all deserve to be treated as a sanctuary.🙏🏾

If this is calling you, you can register or learn more at www.beyondingretreat.com (link in bio). If you register today, you will have the most generous payment plans available.

Whirlwind month of May has come and gone and in this first week of Mayah being home and starting to work, I had to pause and take in the awesomeness of this HUGE accomplishment! #classof2025🎓❤️ #youdidit #proudmama by @p_bourne

Courage is the catalyst for transformation. It’s not just fearlessness in the face of danger—it’s the willingness to try despite the fear. The shaky voice. The racing heart. It’s stepping forward when you feel anything but brave.

Most fear isn’t life-threatening, but it feels that way. I feel it now—sharing this in a culture where judgment can silence growth. But I know that courage is essential for meaningful change.

Transformation means realigning with who we truly are. It requires discomfort, honesty, and choosing the life we envision—one with more peace, purpose, and joy.

Here are 3 ways to practice intentional courage:
1️⃣ Name your fears. What’s holding you back—fear of failure, rejection, the unknown? Write it down. Feel it. Understand it.
2️⃣ Start small. Courage grows with use. Speak up in that meeting. Try the new thing. Say the hard truth. Each step builds confidence.
3️⃣ Visualize success. Imagine yourself moving through fear and landing in alignment. See the version of you who chose courage.

I’m on my own transformation journey. It’s from this space I founded Bourne Transformation Group—a communication company guiding individuals and teams from performing to powerful. We help harmonize the words you speak with your body and emotions, fostering authenticity and alignment.

Some are born clear communicators. Others—like me—learn through practice. Through courage. And as I continue this path, I remain devoted to living a life fueled by it.

Join me. One soul at a time. One courageous step at a time.
