12 years ago I started working with the rites of passage institute and every time it feels like coming home.
The power of men sharing their stories from the heart in witness of other men inspires change through remembrance of our innate wisdom and support of community. Creating safe spaces for men to show up vulnerable and practice verbally expressing their inner worlds, for me, has been both an eye opening and natural path. I truly believe the world can be a better place if these practices are incorporated into our ways of being.
Life is full of transitions, as we recognize, acknowledge,celebrate and honor them, in ritual and community, we can truly grow, integrate and step into our appropriate and authentic selfs.
This is a widely forgotten part of our human history and yet an essential part of our evolution.

Listen to the wind.

Let go enough to actually be here!
Holding on tighter und pushing through something often lets us loose sight of what’s actually real.

Presence is a simple and powerful tool and way of being that allows us to reconnect with ourselves and life, allows us to listen deeper and respond rather than react.

Yet, it isn’t per se easy, so let’s practice it together at Roots&Rivers Retreat Dec 7th-12th in Costa Rica 🙏🏽
