Hey there! I’m Carolyn, a health and fitness coach based in Virginia! I help women achieve their dream bodies and, most importantly, hold onto their results for life.

As a competitive NPC competitor and lifelong athlete, I understand firsthand the discipline and strategy it takes to build a physique you’re proud of while keeping your health a priority. My mission is to guide women toward lasting, sustainable results through evidence-based nutrition, effective training protocols, and functional health practices.

Pace Performance has a new home.

This site is a clearer reflection of how I coach: evidence-based, health-forward, and built around results you can actually sustain.

I started coaching because people close to me kept asking how to get stronger, leaner, and more energized without sacrificing the lives they actually enjoy. That is still the standard.

Pace Performance is for lifestyle clients, returning athletes, competitors, and equestrians who want to train hard, eat enough, recover properly, and build something that lasts.

The new site includes coaching services, pricing, my background, and a simple way to book a free consult.
