Because a lot of you said this photo should be in a magazine so I will at least post it on my IG 😂

There has been so much videos and photos in the last 3 months that have not been shared, will be catching up in the next few days 😬 by @pacific_nw_pointer_pack

These dogs do it all — hiking, biking, swimming, and everything in between. 🤎 But nothing compares to watching them out in the field, doing what they naturally do best, bird dog things. 👉 👈 👆 👇

The love I have for these three is unconditional. ❤️

I did a lot of reflecting while we were out today, mostly on how incredibly grateful I am to have them in my life. They’ve taught me so much—not just about dog sports and hunting, but about perseverance, patience, and enjoying every adventure along the way.

Watching them get older is bittersweet. This year, our youngest, Otto, started growing little white eyebrows, and it was one of those moments that really made me realize how quickly time is passing!

Here's to many many more adventures with the squids ❤️

For those who don’t know, our dogs have been crate trained since they were puppies. 🐾

We’ve always made their crates a safe, positive space by feeding them there, giving them treats, comforting them, and letting them have their own quiet space.

Because of that, they’ve grown up genuinely comfortable in their crates—and it has made life SO much easier when it comes to flying, long road trips, camping, and traveling.

These dogs are living it up but we definitely see many pros to proper crate training.

@k9kennelboss makes some beautiful and PRACTICAL travel friendly crates that we have been obsessed with especially during our latest hunting trip 💙 by @pacific_nw_pointer_pack

If you have been keeping up with the stories you'll know we have been in the woods for a few days now looking for meat 🍖

We've also been testing out the collapsible @k9kennelboss crate in different scenarios and it has been a highlight of this trip keeping the dogs safe while we take each dog out bird hunting one at a time 🐦
