Hearing protection isn’t something we’re really educated about, but it’s super important, especially because once your hearing is damaged, it’s irreversible.

I learned that the hard way, so I really want to help spread more awareness.

I don’t want to sound like a mum, but if you’re doing @yourshotau this weekend, please wear some sort of hearing protection.

If you don’t have any, I’ll be carrying spare earplugs around, so just come and ask.

The @coroglentavern was THE place to be on Friday night as @shapeshifterlivenz put on a show of epic proportions. Joined in support by @paigejulia.music , an incredible night was had by all who attended.
