This is Gus. And Gus came into our lives at just the right moment and time. We weren’t sure if we wanted another kitty, Buzz was showings us he was quite sad and depressed after Ollie’s passing. We stumbled across this guy and he was the last one in his litter. A flame point ragdoll. We decided to check him out and well he never left. He’s been amazing with the dogs, great adventure cat, best friends with buzz and has found all of Ollie’s spots. He fills a part we were missing, he’s brought some light back into our home and Buzz is happy to have a friend again ❤️ welcome Gus 🧡 by @pacificmapleterriers

We have suffered a great loss. Our sweet Ollie boy suffered from a horrible emergency called saddle thrombus, our boy was in so much pain and prognosis was not good. We laid our sweet, goofy, full of personality baby to sleep May 27th. Life will never be the same without you Ollie, I hope you felt love for all those 8 years you were earthbound. Wait for us at the gates 🌈🧡 by @pacificmapleterriers

We’ve had a busy week over here! Lack of posting due to us leaving the country for a month, but we are back and ready for dog sports and all the summer things! Roo has had all her OFA applications sent off and her CKC dual registration has been sent off as well! Hoping to join some up and coming sprinter practices and the next barn hunt trial 🩷 by @pacificmapleterriers

Roo🩷 first picture is her after her OFA testing and we did a little dental to keep her teeth squeaky clean 🧽 as a vet tech I cuddle every animal after sedation but Roo got mom cuddles right away 🥹 X-rays looked great visually by her regular DVM so very promising her OFA testing will be clear! #ratterrierdogs #ratterriershavemorefun #deckerterrier #britishcolumbia #ratterrierproblems taken in Abbotsford, British Columbia by @pacificmapleterriers

Very exciting!! Our first step to our health/DNA testing for our first potential litter! Roo will have embark testing done for any potential genetic hereditary disease risk, as well her von willebrand is scheduled and so are her OFA’s for February on her 2nd birthday 🩷 If all goes well, we have some very great studs that could be apart of this breeding plan! Roo is AKC registered and will be switched over to CKC very soon 🩷🐶🐾 by @pacificmapleterriers

@fraservalleyratters last trial of the season!!!! And WOW what a game changer maple is having, recently after our happy ratters trial something clicked, maple is hunting so fast and so well! She blew through her 2 senior runs with a HIC 1st place and 2nd place. If I wasn’t so busy with my vet tech school we would have done more days and got that title! If you know Maple you know she has a weird run in barn hunt. From loving it, to then calling on litter and jumping out of the ring, to this! 😍 Roo is doing so good! I sound ridiculous in the ring with her but she is such an emotional dog and my baby voice makes her comfortable and excited! And she’s showing great interest in the sport! Taking home her Instinct and one run away from her novice title! And Griz….got his instinct but I don’t think he’s cut out of this 😂 zero interest lol maybe we’ll try again we will see 🤭 by @pacificmapleterriers
