How can we forget this island ? 🇬🇷 it stole our hearts ❤️Never been on a better island like this island. Our forever favourite Greek island.Never met so nice & kindness people. We visited there when our baby is so small. Some ladies even baby-sit her. Can’t believe how ridiculously pretty Crete is. It’s the largest of the Greek islands, there is so much to see and do. You will need a rent a car to see most of the island. This Crete Greek island is so great for families 🇬🇷Where are you planning to visit in Greece this year ? A quiet staycation wrapped in good food, lakeside views, and little discoveries around @vaakunahameenlinna @sokoshotels Browsing bits of Hämeenlinna’s history inside the hotel, every moment felt slow and we found ourselves learning the town’s history. If you had only 2 hours in a new city, what would you do?I rather felt the city than rush through a checklist.We tried to walk as much as possible, peek into old town , land grab something local to eat. We just wanted to soak in the city’s rhythm, even for a short while. by @pack.your.backpacks

We Explored the beautiful Linnansaari National Park with @oravivillage !We took the boat trip from Oravi Village to the main island and did the Linnonpolku nature trail,an easy 2 km loop through peaceful forests, lake views, and the charming old Croft farm. It was a Perfect little escape into Finnish nature 💚It was a rainy day and we had our baby with us, so we chose the easy path. 🥾For a longer hike, there’s the Rengaspolku trail (7.5 km) with a climb to Linnavuori hill and amazing scenery.🥾A shorter version of that loop (5.5 km) skips the hill but still has lovely forest paths and boardwalks.🥾There’s also a 0.7 km accessible trail near the Croft for an easy walk with kids or strollers.🎿In winter, you can even walk or ski 5 km across the frozen lake from Oravi to the island. ❄️🛶 Canoeing RoutesApproximately 18 km loop around Linnansaari.For more details or to book activities, you can visit the official SaimaaHoliday Oravi website....#oravi #saimaa #linnansaari #linnansaarenkansallispuisto #linnansaarinationalpark #oravivillage #saimaaholiday #saimaalake #saimaamoments by @pack.your.backpacks

A Slow Weekend at @kanavaresort with a Toddler Our little getaway to Kanava Resort was all about slowing down and enjoying nature as a family. Traveling with a toddler means adjusting the pace, and this lakeside retreat was the perfect place to do just that. We stayed in one of Kanava’s modern cottages, (mökki)which felt like a home away from home. With two bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a fully equipped kitchen, it was easy to keep to our toddler’s routine from cooking simple meals to having plenty of space to play indoors. The private sauna and terrace made it extra special for us parents too. Instead of long hikes or guided tours, we took short walks where our toddler could explore freely 🥰picking up sticks, throwing pebbles into the lake, and watching boats pass by. The nearby forest trails were easy to access, with plenty of spots to pause, snack, and just breathe in the fresh air. A short boat trip gave us a taste of Linnansaari National Park. @oravivillage arranged us the boat tour from Oravi to Linnansaari gave us the perfect mix of a scenic ride and a peaceful little walk on the island. One of the best parts was enjoying meals without rushing. We ate at @oravivillage restaurant called “Ravintola ruukiranta.where local fish dishes stood out. Evenings at the resort were peaceful. While one of us enjoyed the sauna, the other played by the water with our toddler. Or you can cozy up by the fireplace in the cottage. perfect way to end the day. Kanava Resort gave us the chance to slow down, without feeling like we were missing out. For families with little ones and for anyone it’s an ideal place to balance rest, play, and quality time. While we missing our family on that day, A kind couple asked if they could sing birthday song for him. Of course, we said yes! 💛 That small gesture filled our hearts.For me, he’s the most selfless person I know. Aside from his naps, sleep, and Netflix time 😅 he’s always thinking of others and their needs..Mom mode may take over sometimes 😅, but I’ll always be husband’s girly ❤️🤗 still & forever ! I love you ❤️One day I’ll ask my little one: “So, what do you think of your daddy?
