Placerville… what are we missing? 👀

The Packing District is starting to take shape, and some of the concepts currently in conversation have us pretty excited:

☕ Specialty coffee
🍷 A tiny wine counter pouring local wines
🍫 Chocolatier + old-school candy
🍕 Wood-fired pizza
🥪 Craft deli + draft beer
🍣 Japanese cuisine
🍵 Matcha + specialty whole-leaf teas
🎂 Custom cakes + celebration sweets
📚 An independent bookstore
🎨 Paint-your-own pottery + wine nights

Nothing announced. Nothing promised. We’re still curating. And we’re nowhere near done.

So now we want to hear from you:

What would make you come, stay awhile… and come back next weekend?

Drop your ideas below. 👇 We’re listening.
