Growing up is realizing your dream diet isn’t about eating less, it’s about eating better. 🤍

Some local spots just make life easier. 👏🏼

Some days, the biggest win is opening your fridge and already having lunch figured out.

Pack Your Maxx has ready-to-go breakfasts, lunches, dinners, protein shakes, desserts, and bulk discounts if you’re stocking up for the week. You can also order ahead through Selflane, and they offer a military discount with a valid ID. They also have a location on Kirtland AFB for those with base access.

They’re celebrating the grand reopening of their new Eastside location this Saturday!

From rooftop Pilates and recovery to cold plunges, community, great conversations, and nourishing food, Wellness Club #1 was everything we hoped it would be, and more.

We’re incredibly grateful to have fueled such an inspiring morning alongside an amazing group of local businesses and an even better community. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, grabbed a meal, and spent part of your Saturday with us.
