Dipping into the upcoming 24th year in clinic, oh my days how time flies!
Grad studies is keepin' on, finishing my last and 7th mandatory course by end of this year. Then comes the research proposal, ethics committee, MSK health care equity co-designed research in the Nuu-chah-nulth communities, dissertation ✍️ 📚 and ideally done 2028. Then what 🤔? Time will tell. Thanks for trusting and listening.
Clinic hours: MWF Ucluelet, Tu/Th Tofino and satellite clinics in First Nations communities 🧡 as posted and thankful for the such invitations. 🙏 by @pacrimchiro

A symptom is not an island...
Pivot your mindset when having symptoms of pain, it's just an alarm.🚨 Look at it as an opportunity to make changes.
But don't equate pain with harm.
Learn how to self manage and when needed ask for help.
Choose to put out the fire 🧯🔥 rather than just turning off the 🚨 ⏰...with medications that don't work, a mindset that doesn't evolve, pessimism.
Choose optimism, play your favorite jams, watch the movies that make you snort and go for a walk. Nobody ever comes back from a walk pissed off. 😆
