Comon Question: Whats the difference between Chump Chops and BBQ Chops.

Chump chops come from the rump, where the loin meets the leg. Lean with a great flavour, cook them like a small steak.

BBQ chops come from the shoulder. More fat and a lovely sweet flavour, can be cooked like a steak, roasted or BBQ'd. We recommend cooking them a little slower and longer to make them more tender!
