We are honored to have Rootstalk and Radicato // @radicatobreck both recognized as Recommended Restaurants in the 2026 Colorado @michelinguide, and bursting with pride that our own Chef Cameron Baker // cam.j.baker is this year's Young Chef Award recipient. Big congratulations to our fellow Colorado Recommended restaurants, to the Stars, and to the Bib Gourmands! 💫 From the beginning, the idea was simple. Bring new, elevated ways of dining to Breckenridge, be a real part of our local food community, cook with what Colorado farmers and purveyors are growing each season, and send every guest home, whether that's a few blocks or a few states away, with an experience they'll think back on fondly. Seeing that recognized means a great deal, as does representing our town in a guide full of friends and chefs we admire and learn from. To our team, this is yours. The care you bring to every service is the whole reason we're here. To Breckenridge, thank you for backing us since Day One. And to everyone who has joined us around the table, we're so glad you did, and we hope you'll keep pulling up a chair. What an awesome day for Colorado hospitality. Cheers🥂 by @paddy_pterodactyl

We’re sending out a huge ‘thank you’ to everyone who voted for us to receive these awards and those who have supported Rootstalk and Radicato over the past few years. Beyond excited to see what’s yet to come for our team and restaurants. by @paddy_pterodactyl
One week ago I married the love of my life Colleen. She has showed me what real love is and has brought out the best in me. We were blessed to spend the day with our family and friends on the perfect fall day in Breckenridge. I’ve never felt happier and I love her more every single day. by @paddy_pterodactyl
On October 23rd I asked the most wonderful woman I have ever met to marry me. I am so lucky that Colleen said “Yes!” This year has been the realization of so many of my dreams but this one takes the cake. Can’t wait to spend the rest of my life loving her. by @paddy_pterodactyl

Today’s vibes are full of gratitude. There is so much to be grateful for in my life. I spend a lot of my energy pushing to improve, to keep growing, striving for more, and reaching goals I have set. Sometimes that leads me to look past all of the things that I have now; the beauty of my world as it is today. Today I took some time to appreciate all of these things to be grateful for. It led me to this place, a moment of serenity, appreciation and peace. by @paddy_pterodactyl
It’s Wednesday night of Negroni week @mercantiledenver. @tanzmauss and I are behind the stick weaving dreams and stirring Negronis for all of our lovely guests. The fascinating cocktail featured here is called The Wicked Game was dreamed up by @tanzmauss and is variation on the White Negroni. Strikingly clear and layered with subtle tropical notes, a lingering bitterness, and ultimately wonderfully refreshing. Made with Salers, Giffard Banane de Bresil, Cocchi Americano and Street Pumas Gin. Perfect to whet the appetite and unwind on the patio as the weather warms up. #mercanstyle #mercbarteam #negroniweek #comegetsome by @paddy_pterodactyl
Second day of #negroniweek is jumping off @mercantiledenver tonight. @teddy_osito_ came up with this little beauty in celebration of this illustrious week. The Bramble Ramble is reminiscent of a walk through a berry patch while sipping a Negroni. Now doesn’t that sound nice? Tanqueray 10, Campari, St. George Raspberry Eau de Vie, and Plymouth Sloe Gin combine to make a playfully fruity Negroni variation. Come down to see us tonight or any other night of this week to enjoy one. $1 for every Negroni Week cocktail goes to @nokidhungry Come drink with a purpose. #mercanstyle #negroniweek2019 by @paddy_pterodactyl
