if your groundstrokes somehow keep sitting up perfectly for your opponent… this one is for you 🤫 one small correction from Fran made me look at my swing completely differently. nothing complicated. no new crazy technique. just one detail that is VERY easy to miss in padel training. try it next time you’re on court and tell me if you feel the difference. send this to the friend whose groundstrokes always come back as an easy volley haha #padel by @padel.flo

Well… I guess it’s official now. 🤝🎾 Proud to announce that I’m joining PALLAP as my new racket & apparel sponsor. When I started playing padel at 165kg around one and a half years ago, I definitely didn’t expect that one day a brand would support my journey. But that’s exactly why this partnership means a lot to me. PALLAP isn’t just sending me some rackets to post about. We’re building a long-term partnership and they’ll be supporting me on my journey from Fat to FIP. Through training, tournaments and hopefully one day my first win on the pro tour. And I’m especially happy that they gave me the freedom to actually test their different rackets and choose what works best for MY game. You’ll see a lot more about that very soon. Huge thank you to everyone at PALLAP for believing in me and my journey. Now it’s time to put these rackets to work. Padel.Flo x PALLAP. 🤝 Let’s see how far we can take this @pallapsport Thank you also to my coaches for the support on and off the court, most of them believed in me, when other just thought I am crazy! @marcpadel.cy @leasangre @batataferreyra @alamedapadelacademy @fran_alameda @aportillo_coaching @pablohernandezmiranda #padel taken in Dubai, United Arab Emirates by @padel.flo

YOU CAN HAVE BETTER TECHNIQUE AND STILL PLAY WORSE PADEL👀 I experienced this yesterday and it made something painfully obvious. There’s one thing that can completely change how well you play, without learning a new shot. THE BETTER I GOT AT PADEL, THE MORE I REALIZED PADEL WASN’T MY BIGGEST PROBLEM. Which is pretty annoying when you spend most of your time trying to become better at padel haha. And now it completely changed the way I train. Tell me in the comments how you train, I am very interested 💪🏽💪🏽 #padel #padeltraining #padelfitness #padeltips #padelplayer taken in Dubai,UAE by @padel.flo

Your lob can land in the PERFECT spot and still be the wrong lob 👀 Especially when you’re playing against someone with a good smash. There’s one small change to your padel lob that can take away a lot of their attacking options and make your defence much easier. Watch closely🎾 Would you rather lob to the corner or the middle? #padel #padeltips #padeltraining #padeltactics #padelplayer taken in Dubai,UAE by @padel.flo
