A rally that was beautiful and chaotic in equal measure — and the Milano P1 producing it exactly when the Allianz Cloud stage demanded something worth remembering. 😤🎾

The nice exchanges building the point naturally from the very first ball. The chaos arriving without warning and never letting up once it did. Both qualities showing up in the same rally at the same time and making the whole thing impossible to look away from until the point finally had to end.

Nice. Chaotic. Milano P1. That rally. 😤

This is what makes padel so uniquely compelling to follow at the elite level. The rallies that start with quality and control and then shift into something completely unpredictable — both sides adjusting simultaneously and the chaos taking over before either pair can stop it. The Milano P1 delivering exactly that in a rally that captured everything the tournament has been about this week.

Nice and chaotic. The best combination the sport produces. 😤

Padel is a sport that combines elements of tennis and squash, played on an enclosed court where the greatest rallies are the ones that contain multitudes — the composed and the chaotic, the quality and the unpredictable — all in the same point from first ball to last. The Milano P1 just produced exactly that at the Allianz Cloud. Nice. Chaotic. That rally. 😤

@schrambini just set a world record at the Germany P2 in Düsseldorf, and it is one of the most insane things we have ever seen on a Padel court. 🤯🎾

Almost 80 minutes. Over 10,000 touches. All on the edge of a Padel racket. Non-stop. No breaks. No shortcuts. Just pure focus, consistency, and an almost inhuman level of concentration sustained for nearly an hour and twenty minutes at the Castello during semifinal day at the CUPRA Germany Premier Padel P2.

The edge of a racket. Not the face. The edge. The thinnest possible contact point on the entire racket, and he bounced the ball on it over ten thousand times without stopping. The concentration required to maintain that level of control for that long is something most people cannot fully comprehend until they pick up a racket and try it themselves.

This is what ball control at its absolute extreme looks like. World record. Verified. Witnessed. 🤯

Tag someone who needs to try this. We guarantee they will not last 10 touches. 😂🎾

DO THESE 4 EXERCISES TO MOVE LIKE CHINGOTTO 💪

Knee pain is one of the most common reasons padel players miss matches. The constant lunging, the explosive lateral movement, the quick direction changes — your knees absorb all of it every single session. And most players do nothing to protect them until it is too late. 😤🎾

The good news is that most knee pain is completely preventable. The bad news is that almost nobody is doing the exercises that actually protect them. Here are 4 essential single-leg strength movements from @padel_performance_program that every padel player needs in their routine:

💪 DB Split Squat — Front Foot Elevated
Builds single-leg strength and knee stability in the exact position your body is in during aggressive lunges and split steps on court.

💪 DB Step-Ups
Develops the quad and glute strength that takes load off the knee joint — essential for players who spend a lot of time in low defensive positions.

💪 Cyclist Squats
Directly targets the VMO — the teardrop muscle above the knee that is the most important stabiliser for knee health and the most commonly underdeveloped in padel players.

💪 Poliquin Step-Ups
One of the most effective exercises for building knee resilience and reducing pain in both the short and long term. Underused and underrated.

✅ Add these 2-3x per week and your knees will feel the difference within weeks.

Drop a 🔥 if your knees need this — and save this before your next gym session. 💪

Javi Leal loading up a kicksmash from behind the service line at the Milano P1 — and the ball landing exactly where nobody was going to reach it. 😤🎾

The distance from behind the service line makes everything harder — the jump needs to be higher, the rotation more explosive and the timing perfect to generate the same result from further back. Leal found all three simultaneously and produced a kicksmash that sent the ball to a spot the opposition never had a chance of reaching. At the Allianz Cloud. In a live competitive point.

Leal’s smash is unmatched. This one proved it from behind the service line. 😤

This is what makes Leal’s smashing game so uniquely threatening. Most players hit their best kicksmash from a comfortable central position with the ball sitting up perfectly. Leal walks behind the service line and produces the same result from a distance that should make the shot considerably harder — and it consistently does not look harder at all. The power, the placement and the confidence behind it are all still fully there.

Unmatched. Milano P1. From behind the service line. Leal. 😤

Padel is a sport that combines elements of tennis and squash, played on an enclosed court where the kicksmash from behind the service line is one of the most demanding variations of the shot to execute consistently — requiring the jump, the rotation and the contact point to all be perfect simultaneously from a position where most players are simply trying to stay in the rally. Javi Leal made it look routine at the Milano P1. Leal’s smash is unmatched. This is why. 😤

Everything the sport is capable of delivering in one point — and the intensity never once let up from the very first ball to the very last touch at the Milano P1. 😳🎾

This is padel at the level the Allianz Cloud in Milan consistently demands from everyone who steps on it. The quality sustained across every single exchange. The pressure building with every touch until the intensity reached a point that made the finish feel like the only possible ending to a rally that had already given more than most points produce in an entire match.

The level of intensity in this rally is insane. The Milano P1 confirming why it belongs on the Premier Padel calendar every single year. 😤

This is what makes the Milano P1 so special to follow. The Allianz Cloud brings out something in every player on that court — the intensity, the commitment and the refusal to let any ball go without a fight that produces rallies like this one. Everything the sport has to offer showing up simultaneously in a single point that the crowd in Milan will not forget quickly.

Insane intensity. All of it. Milano P1 delivering. 😳

Padel is a sport that combines elements of tennis and squash, played on an enclosed court where the greatest tournaments produce the greatest rallies — and the Milano P1 has never once failed to deliver on that promise. This rally had everything — the intensity sustained at a level that never dropped across a single exchange and a quality from every player on the court that the Allianz Cloud stage always seems to demand. The level of intensity in this rally is insane. 😳

Mike Yanguas and Pablo Lijó winning their first round at the Milano P1 — 7-6 6-2 — with Coki Nieto absent through injury for the second consecutive tournament. 😤🎾

Nieto missed Germany P2 and now Milano as he prioritises his recovery with the World Cup in Qatar on the horizon. Yanguas wasted no time finding a solution — pairing up with Pablo Lijó for the Italian P1 and making it work immediately on the Allianz Cloud centre court.

Two players who have never partnered before — finding their rhythm from the very first match and getting through to the Round of 16. The rally here showing exactly the quality both players brought to make it work.

Nieto will be back for Qatar. Until then Yanguas and Lijó are building something in Milan. 😤

This is what makes Yanguas such a compelling player to follow right now. The reunion with Nieto delivered a Madrid P1 final and a Germany P2 semifinal run. Nieto is now injured. And Yanguas just stepped onto the Allianz Cloud centre court with a temporary partner and won his first round comfortably. The competitive mentality never changes regardless of who is standing next to him.

Yanguas and Lijó. Through in Milan. The rally says everything about how they did it. 😤

Padel is a sport that combines elements of tennis and squash, played on an enclosed court where adaptability is just as important as technique — and Mike Yanguas partnering with Pablo Lijó at the Milano P1 while Coki Nieto recovers from injury is the clearest possible proof of that. First round won. A good rally to show for it. The World Cup in Qatar the bigger picture Nieto is saving himself for. In the meantime Yanguas and Lijó are making their mark in Milan.

Defense locked in from the very first ball — and then an out the court save followed immediately by a smash that goes X4 to win the point at the Milano P1. 😳🎾

The save outside the court is already extraordinary on its own. But immediately transitioning from outside the boundary back into an attacking smash that sends the ball off two walls and out the court as an X4 winner is a sequence that padel generates almost never. The defense that kept the point alive and the smash that ended it were both from the same side. The Milano P1 delivering exactly what the Allianz Cloud stage always demands.

Out the court save. X4 smash. Milano P1. This is padel. 😤

This is the most complete defensive sequence padel can produce in a single point. The save outside the court requiring the physical commitment and the read to stay in a situation most players would concede before they move. And then the X4 smash — off two walls, completely unreturnable — closing it out before the opposition could recover from the surprise of the save itself.

Milano P1. Day two. Already delivering moments like this. 😳

Padel is a sport that combines elements of tennis and squash, played on an enclosed court where the X4 is considered one of the most unreturnable finishing shots in the game — using the side wall and back wall in a single strike to create an angle nobody can reach. Producing it immediately after an out the court save — in the same defensive sequence — at the Milano P1 is something the sport generates very rarely. The Allianz Cloud giving us this on day two. 😳

Everything the sport is capable of producing in one single point — and it happened at the Milano P1 at the Allianz Cloud in Milan. 😤🎾

This is the rally of the day and it earned that title from the very first ball to the very last touch. The quality never dropping across every single exchange. The intensity building naturally until the finish arrived in the only way a rally this complete deserved to end. The Milano P1 is one of the most prestigious stops on the Premier Padel calendar and this rally matched the occasion completely.

Rally of the day. Milano P1 edition. The week is just getting started. 😤

This is what makes the Milano P1 so special to follow every year. The Allianz Cloud in Milan brings out something in every player on that court — the quality, the intensity and the moments that make padel the most exciting racket sport in the world all arriving at the same time. This rally is the best single point the tournament has produced so far. The week has five more days to top it.

Rally of the day. We are standing by that completely. 😤

A beautiful rally in the Germany P2 semifinals between Chingalán and Stupa and Sanz — and Galán and Chingotto taking this one before the new partnership could find the finish. 😤🎾

This is what made this semifinal so compelling to watch. Two pairs who know how to beat each other — having already met in Rotterdam — producing a rally of this quality in the most intense possible context. Chingalán winning this point with the quality and the conviction that has made them the benchmark every other pair on the circuit is chasing.

The rivalry delivered again. Chingalán with the win in this one. 😤

This is the most compelling matchup padel produced this week — and this rally captured everything about why. Stupa and Sanz with the defensive quality and the conviction that has made them impossible to dismiss. Chingalán with the answer. A nice rally in the Germany P2 semifinals that showed exactly how close this match was before Stupa and Sanz eventually found the win.

Chingalán winning this one. The match going the other way. Both extraordinary. 😤

Agustín Tapia hitting a backhand smash so hard it comes back off the glass in the Germany P2 final — and then just moving on like it was the most routine touch of the entire match. 😳🎾

The shot alone is extraordinary. The composure after it is something else entirely. No celebration. No reaction. No acknowledgement that what just happened was anything beyond normal. That level of calm after producing one of the most powerful backhand smashes the final had seen tells you everything about the standard El Mozart holds himself to on a daily basis.

Staying calm after a shot like that is insane. Tapia does not even notice. 😳

This is what separates Tapia from almost everyone else on the circuit. The shot quality is visible to everyone — the backhand smash coming back off the glass is evidence enough. But the composure after it is the detail that reveals something deeper. When a shot that would be the highlight of most players’ entire career registers as completely ordinary for the player who just hit it you are watching someone operating at a level that barely has a comparison.

The backhand smash was elite. The calm after it was even more so. 😳

Padel is a sport that combines elements of tennis and squash, played on an enclosed court where the greatest players are the ones who treat extraordinary moments as ordinary ones — because for them they genuinely are. Agustín Tapia hitting a backhand smash in the Germany P2 final with enough power to bring it back off the glass and then showing zero reaction whatsoever is the most complete demonstration of what playing at this level actually looks like from the inside. Staying calm after that is insane. For Tapia it is just another point. 😳
