This would’ve been absolutely perfect for my ex she literally admitted to me that she ignored anything I said if it wasn’t entertaining to her in the first two seconds or it wasn’t about her like when she basically read me the riot act and did everything she could to kill my reputation when i tried to delay one bof our meeting working on the asset settlement because the meeting was scheduled at a time right before n the middle of my grandmother’s visitation. From about a week ago Brussels sprouts searing with sautéed pancetta and onion and garlic once the sear gets good carmelization on the cut side splash in about a cup or so of nice dry crisp win put a tight fitting lid on reduce to a low simmer and let steam for five to ten minutes until the sprouts are tender all the way through. About seven to ten minutes test with a fork or the dip of a knot by @padonand
