A few weeks ago I had the exciting challenge of cooking at the @viniestafoodandwine festival at the @acehotelbrooklyn. Thanks so much @selectionsdelavina for giving me the opportunity to participate and to let me share my passion with so many people. And also many thanks to @sandrolamc for your enormous and invaluable help, without you it wouldn’t have been possible.

There’s always another record to break, another challenge to take on. 🔥

This past Monday, we served around 400 portions of paella at the @citymoonlightwines Portfolio Tasting at @feedbk_ . After breaking the record last time, what an incredible experience it was to come back and do it again.

Huge thanks to my brother Diego, and the entire team for making it happen. ❤️

Hopefully we’ll do it again soon.

Much love! 🥘❤️ taken in Brooklyn, New York by @paellaway

🔥🔥 CASH ONLY ROUTE 🔥🔥
On June 20, we’re hitting some of New York City’s most legendary cash only bars.
Starting at 12 PM, we’ll make our way from Manhattan to Brooklyn, with a live brass band leading the Manhattan stretch parade style. Along the route, we’ll stop for a block party outside Minimal Tattoo (@minimalnyc_tattoo ) in Bushwick, with DJs, paella by @paellaway, and good people.
Starting at 12 PM, going till late.

Therapeutic cooking.
Sometimes when I’m feeling a little low, I cook. Just to disappear into the rhythm of it
It’s not about the recipe.
It’s about turning chaos into something warm.
That’s the therapy.

SEGUIM 💪🏽💪🏽
