How about the timing of this in the sky on Good Friday April 18, 2025, a stormy night revealed a moment people who witnessed this could not easily forget in Sydney, Australia.
Based on a viral photo spreading across the internet, a soft beam of moonlight broke through the dark stormy clouds and briefly formed a glowing cross in the sky.
Experts called it a rare natural effect, the timing of this sight on Good Friday made meaningful and symbolic to many. by @paeoniawellness

Today is International Women’s Day, which raises awareness about women's rights.

I’ve been reflecting on something I see every single day that I speak to different women, women tell me they think they are:
"too old"
“too tired”
“too busy”
"too stupid"
"too late in life"
"too hurt"
"too sad"
"too ill"...
any reason they choose to stop them live their life fully as they wish and on their terms.

But...
Our body doesn’t know how old we are.
Our body responds to how we treat it, nourish it and nurture it.
Our mind responds to how we speak to ourselves.
Our spirit responds to how we value ourselves.
Regardless of what anyone else says or does.

In my work, i’ve seen women in their 40s, 50s, 60s and over reclaim their health and vitality by deciding they will do what it takes to live better and feel great again.

So every day:
✨ Move your body in fresh air
✨ Nourish yourself properly
✨️ Surround yourself with people who inspire you

And extraordinary things happen.
Energy returns.
Strength builds.
Confidence comes back.
You feel healthy and happy again.

When a woman improves her life, she improves the lives of everyone she meets, by how she speaks, behaves and the information she shares.

Happy International Women’s Day to all of you wonderful women in my life and my groups.🫶
To the men who love us, help us, respect us and protect us. 🫶

Bonne fête de La Chandeleur, fête de la Lumière, ou fête des chandelles, est une fête chrétienne célébrée le 2 février, soit 40 jours après Noël.

Son origine remonte au IVe siècle.
Elle est liée à la présentation de Jésus au Temple, ainsi qu'à la purification de la Vierge Marie selon la tradition juive.

Le mot "Chandeleur" vient du mot "chandelle", en référence aux bougies allumées lors de la procession religieuse qui avait lieu à cette occasion.

Cette fête est également associée à des croyances populaires, comme celle selon laquelle faire sauter des crêpes le jour de la Chandeleur porterait bonheur et prospérité pour l'année à venir.

Aujourd'hui, 02 Février, La Chandeleur est une fête populaire qui est célébrée en France et dans d'autres pays du monde.

🫀🤶 💔Holiday heart syndrome is a form of atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat) that’s associated with binge drinking.

It is most common at this time of the year, when festivities are at an all-time high... and many people end up unwell in hospital or at worst with a heart attack.
⁠
While it’s fine to indulge a bit, be careful not to go too far and end up with "holiday heart syndrome". Too much alcohol in a short amount of time overloads the heart and can cause liver damage.

🌲 A Merry Christmas is one when
no one ends up in hospital.
🫀⁠ Avoid heart problems, control your alcohol and food intake.

September, World Alzheimer's and Dementia Awareness Month, come to an end today.

But, the awareness, education and information should not stop here.

Let's continue to increase the understanding every day in support of all those living with all dementia types and subtypes, those who suffer because they are misdiagnosed or undiagnosed, the people who love them and their families.
