I made my first pair of mittens!
1st attempt in the last slide 🤣 I ripped that out shortly after finishing the first one correctly.
I was sad that I couldn’t frame it or something, but I needed the yarn :’( by @pagart69

It feels amazing to create something and gift it to someone I love. In this case, dirt beanie for @dirtbuyer 🫡

This was my first attempt at knitting letters with the duplicate stitch (done at 2 in the morning so i’d have it ready in time) and it shows, but I’m excited to try again.

The pattern I used is My Baker’s Hat by @em.knits !!! I’ve started a second one while I wait for some much needed double pointed needles to arrive. by @pagart69

it will look cozier&less stiff after blocking, but I couldn’t wait 1 day before sharing

i’ve been feeling so inspired lately, but my lack of confidence has deterred me from sharing what i’ve been working on.

this account was supposed to be a safe place for me to post anything and everything I create, and I’m trying to reclaim control over my own silly perfectionist brain.

~I’m working on my drawing skills and I had a good laugh at what I drew today while simultaneously praising myself for trying something new.

~Photography has again become a large part of my daily life and i’m excited to continue exploring this skill just for myself.

~Knit and crochet have provided so much comfort as I navigate this spooky and unpredictable stage of my life.

Really looking forward to sharing what I come up with this cozy szn 😚
