Busy day at the remodel, time to start saving the finishes for the pros to capture. Big shout out to @indy_custom_stone for beautiful work on the stone in this house AND their flexibility when cabinets aren’t right and we have to wait for remakes. It’s getting there and tradesmen like these guys make us look good. @greyhuntinteriors by @pageconstructionservices

You see the finished rooms. We see the job site, the questions that come up mid-build, and the decisions that keep everything on track. Being there in person is how we make sure the vision on paper becomes the space you actually live in.

When your site is full with trades during the day and you need to get some items off your to do list to be ready for the rest of the week. Too often GC’s get a bad rap and some earn that reputation. We’re not perfect, but we’re trying. What most clients don’t see is the late nights, the constant clean up and the never ending messages of coordination and follow up. We work hard because a clients home and the work we get to do in it is an opportunity we don’t take lightly. #indybuilder #generalcontractor by @pageconstructionservices

Things are taking shape- it’s the best/worst part of construction. It’s chaos, everything is going on all at once and every issue you could possibly imagine happens this month. Delays, things arrive broken and everyone has decision and construction fatigue. It will work out in the end, just might take some long days and weekends to get it there. I cannot wait to see this showstopper in all its glory. @greyhuntinteriors @next.gen.tile @prioritypaintingindy @trexconstruct17 @branchelectric @indy_custom_stone by @pageconstructionservices

Taking shape - we had all the designers and trades in today. Grateful for the craftsmanship and attention to detail. It’s a gift to work along side these artisans. by @pageconstructionservices

The thing about design is that you can plan it down to the hook, but sometimes you are forced to pivot. Fixtures, furniture and pieces go out of stock with no end in sight. While that can be frustrating and disappointing, sometimes the pivot works out better than the original. by @pageconstructionservices

We've got that fresh concrete feeling, big thanks to @customconcreteco for their top notch job on our foundations and @lcjphotoandfilm for documenting this first milestone for our build. Next up, framing!
