My mama and best friend all in one🩵 I’ll miss you every moment of every day for the rest of my life

She put up one hell of a fight over the last 5 years. Mama and I went for a walk back in January and she told me she thought God was going to heal her this year. And she was right. As much as I wish she was healed on this side of heaven I know she’s pain free for the first time in forever. My Wonder Women always. I love you to pieces mama🤍🪽

26.2 for St. Jude! What a day!!

What an honor it was to be able to run as a St. Jude hero for the second time! Running for a bigger reason than myself. Seeing my mom go through cancer and how hard it is and thinking about all these kids who are so young and fighting for their life makes me so emotional. getting to run through the St. Jude campus was an experience I’ll remember forever. Running for those who can’t and raising money for the best cause. Thank you to everyone who donated to my fundraiser and helped me reach my goal!🤍

My mama @kikarules travelled 900 miles to come watch me race and I am forever thankful for her. I got to see her 5 times during the run and it gave me an energy boost each time. She held all my junk, caught all my layers I was taking off, and all my friends layers too. The best encourager ever and I love her so much.

I got to run with @abbyjohnson33 for the first 11 miles before the half marathon and marathon split and that was the best ever. No better feeling than running with a friend! She killed her half marathon too! Also shoutout to Mrs. Kerry, Mr. Chip, and Abs for being the best host this weekend!

The Lord, every text, every prayer, every high-five, every power up sign, seeing friends, and the strangers got me through this run and I couldn’t be more thankful. I really lucked out with the best support system. I had so many family and friends tracking me the whole race and encouraging me the whole way🫶🏻

@sraines_04 was the best marathon training buddy I could have asked for. She pushed me, made me faster, and encouraged through the whole training block:)

4:33 for my first marathon and I couldn’t be more proud of myself! This is your reminder you are capable of more than you think and YOU CAN DO HARD THINGS! Can’t wait to rest up and get back to it! Thank you Jesus for a body that can run!🤩🔥😊🩵 taken in Memphis, Tennessee by @paigeglynn
