Things that make me irrationally happy as a Pilates instructor ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿค Itโ€™s the little things that make teaching so specialโ€ฆ 1. When everyoneโ€™s in time โ€” that moment everyone lunges at the same time and pace? Ridiculously satisfying. 2. When the class flows โ€” when one exercise seamlessly transitions into the next and everyone just gets it. 3. When clients realise theyโ€™re getting stronger โ€” seeing someone notice their own progress >>>. 4. When the playlist hits during a shaking plank โ€” suddenly nobody remembers theyโ€™re suffering ๐Ÿ˜‚ 5. When the mind-to-muscle connection clicks โ€” that little โ€œOH, I feel it!โ€ moment. 6. The Pilates friendships โ€” seeing people meet through class, grab a coffee, make weekend plansโ€ฆ ๐Ÿฅน 7. Watching confidence grow โ€” stronger movements, better control and standing a little taller. 8. A full class โ€” knowing people keep coming back because they genuinely enjoy being there. 9. When everyone leaves smiling โ€” because Pilates is about so much more than the workout. What would you add to the list? ๐Ÿ‘€ #PilatesInstructor #PilatesCommunity #PilatesLife #PilatesJourney #PKSPilates by @paigeks.pilates

Planks donโ€™t have to be boring ๐Ÿ‘€ Knee drives, step outs and pikes โ€” three moves that bring the core, shoulders and control. A little strength, a little control, a little โ€œwhy did I think this was a good idea?โ€ ๐Ÿ˜‚ Whoโ€™s giving this a go? #PilatesFlow #PlankVariations #CoreStrength #PilatesReels #PKSPilates by @paigeks.pilates
