🤯 in the keynote for @meta connect 🙌 I got the chance to try the VR glasses two weeks ago and as a developer I was literally in tears with excitement. They are insanely light weight, so comfortable, beautifully designed and they are extremely high quality. Cinematic experiences felt better than in the theatre, I couldn’t even believe the resolution was possible. I also got to watch the Knicks game court side in 6K resolution 🤯 and in a mixed reality game, I watched a little dragon land on my hand with flawless tracking and perfect resolution. I was also blown away by the ability to use your hands as controllers, and your eyes as the mouse to select! It felt super natural, and typing on a virtual keyboard was sick 🔥

It felt like trying tech that I would have thought was years away. Such an exciting time, I can’t wait to build games for this device 🙌 by @paigepiskin

#ExtendedRealities 💄“I’ve always loved creating pretty yet creepy characters and designing edgy streetwear fashion,” says @paigepiskin (Paige Piskin). While she calls her own girl-next-door look “basic,” her style as a digital artist is the opposite: “In my heart, I’m full-on goth and cyberpunk.” Paige, who’s self-taught, specializes in creating wearable art and social media filters – glamorous digital makeup, fashion and character looks – using Augmented Reality effects. Her work has generated a massive following, leading to collaborations with influential companies such as L’Oréal and Coachella. She also counts Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa and Ariana Grande among her fans. How does Paige create such compelling art? “Extended reality is a layer with limitless potential,” she says. “I imagine bodies, accessories, tattoos, outfit styles and environmental settings, and can use tech to translate these into wearables. I love how generative AI replicates my drawing style, making the filter feel even more like my original art.” Her favorite aspect of the work is her audience of like minded women “who love makeup, cosplay, alternative fashion and emerging tech,” Paige says. “I always thought my niche would be extremely small, but once I started making filters, I discovered tons of women who share my passions.” 🪩

Just wrapped an incredible week at the Cannes Lions! I had the honor of joining @meta and the WFA for a fireside chat with Instagram’s Director of Product, Ethan Lubka, where we discussed Agentic AI and how I’m integrating it into my work as a creator / creative technologist.

I also gave a sneak peek at a new micro-drama I’m producing, built entirely with custom AI models trained on my own hand drawn 2D and sculpted 3D art. The story and script are all co-produced using my AI (my personal AI on IG which is trained on all my post data).

It was also so exciting to get to test out some of the latest AI features and capabilities from @meta.ai at the beach, and to watch demos of brilliant new advertising features.

leaving Cannes feeling so inspired. SO grateful for this experience, and the incredible teams at Meta and happy to have met such wonderful people!

Big thank you to @maxan.frederic @soph.cartwright @leocass ❤️❤️ for making this possible! by @paigepiskin

HONORED to be on the main stage for Snap’s keynote with Snapchats Co-founder and CTO Bobby Murphy, in a discussion lead by Mike Boland, Chief Analyst at AR Insider. I had the chance to share my journey as a digital artist creating immersive character art and my experience using the latest GenAI tools in Lens Studio. From 5 years old, I have been drawing these kinds of characters and I always hoped one day I would find a way to make my passion into a career. For me, sharing this passion on this stage to 1,000+ people felt like something I wish I could go back in time and tell my childhood self will happen one day. I’m greatful for such an incredible opportunity and to be part of such an exciting technical release! More posts to come, but wanted to share these moments while it’s fresh!

Thank you to @snapchat @thefraag @joe_darko and the team for making this happen 🥹💛

Last video and pics are previews of the latest immersive ML tech!!

The bat and the cat 🐈‍⬛ 🦇 Halloween in Prague 😍 by @paigepiskin

Life shouldn’t be spent looking down 🕶️
It should be spent out in the world while still staying in touch, learning and getting things done.

That’s why I think the future starts with these glasses
I upgraded to Meta Ray-Ban Display to stay connected and keep working while I’m on the go as a digital nomad. I can message my team, take calls, get live captions and navigate a new city, all without looking down at my phone

Which feature would you use most?

I’ve always loved 80s horror so I made this concept trailer using Framia agent starring myself and friends! I’ve had this idea for a film for a long time, but until now I was not able to achieve it!

If you want to learn how I made it step by step, comment “agent” and I’ll send you the guide!

Let me know what you think! by @paigepiskin

How I made a 1980s horror movie starring myself + my friends using Framia’s Agent.
Here’s the step-by-step 👇

1️⃣ First, turn yourself and your friends into 1980s movie characters using your favorite image model. I used GPT Image 2.5.

2️⃣ Open Framia’s Agent and upload your character images along with your movie concept/plot.

3️⃣ Choose Seedance 2.5 + Balanced Mode, then select “Ask” Mode if you want to be involved throughout the process and approve things along the way. Or choose Auto and let the Agent surprise you. 👀

4️⃣ Framia will develop your idea into a plot + script. Review it, make any changes you want, and then start generating your scenes.

5️⃣ Keep building it scene by scene until you’ve basically created your own mini movie. 🎞️
I made mine into an authentic 1980s teen horror movie starring me and my friends—and this was the result. 🩸📼 you can make micro dramas, shorts, a romantic comedy viral series anything!

Comment “AGENT” and I’ll send you more info, my prompt + a link to try it yourself! #framia #ConvergeAI by @paigepiskin

I built my first spatial Lens for SPECS augmented reality glasses using CLAD!

Want to learn how to build for SPECS? Comment “CLAD” and I’ll send you the guide!

I’m constantly checking foods to see if they fit my macros, are low FODMAP, gut-friendly, etc. — so I thought… why not build something that does it for me?

Now I can just look at a food and get the info I need right through SPECS. ⚡️

One of my favorite things about spatial computing is being able to build tools around the way you actually live and CLAD makes it easier to start prototyping your own ideas. #specs by @paigepiskin
