Anyone that knows me well knows how much I’ve suffered with my skin and with acne over the years. Since the summer last year, my acne was the worst it had ever been. It got to the point where I would look in the mirror and would want to breakdown every single time. If you have never suffered with acne, you will never understand how much it changes your view on yourself, how low your confidence becomes. It impacts every area of your life, it stops you from wanting to go out and be seen because every single time someone would look at you, you would automatically assume they are thinking how awful your skin looks.

I began using @bedewskin at the end of last year and it has completely transformed my skin. I have spends hundreds of pounds of skincare and found that the most expensive, high end products made me skin even worse. I couldn’t recommend Bedew enough and am truly grateful I found them, thanks to my amazing mum @cathbrown1976 🖤

As well as having a combination of micro needling and dermaplanning by Ellie at @renew.beauty_, who is incredible and since having these treatments I’ve noticed such an improvement in my acne scaring 🖤

The combination of these two has been LIFE CHANGING for me.

My skin has transformed massively in the last few months and I can finally feel my confidence coming back, I’ve still got a way to go but putting those two pictures from December 2022 and Today (May 2023) beside each-other has made me realise how far I’ve come over the past few months.

I’ve never posted openly about my struggles with acne due to embarrassment and the anxiety surrounding what people think , but I know so many people suffer and I want to get it out there that it does get better. You are beautiful either way 🖤 by @paiiigebrown
