I’m working on updating both this app and my website currently and today I found a real lack of stills here of some of my favorite recent projects. 🖤 Time to correct this error and we start today with this beauty. ⁣

Some healed work that has passed through @bloodmoon_studio_ in the last few months. Many pieces are flash, some custom. All made with love and intention.

Thank you! 🙏🏽🌞🖤 by @painted_heart_arts

We finished up this great blue heron yesterday afternoon. Such a sweet project, such a fabulous bird to create together… I am super grateful for the trust and confidence of all my clients who ask me to weave their dreams into reality. It really is such a high honor. ⁣

And now it’s November. 🍁 Here’s a recap of my in-progress pieces from October. A few things also moved to a pause point or were completed - those will all have their own updates, so here’s most of what October held.

Thanks so much to everyone who has let me make art for them this year. What an honor it is to meet you here.

Booking December and the new year.

It’s my favorite flash time of the year. Here is a my 2026 Samhain Spells. A bit of illustration, an offering of smaller ornaments (happy to make in pairs of course), a concept that is looking for it’s human, and a smattering of past intentional flash from over the years, some healed some fresh.

As always, these are one and done. Pricing for these new flash sheets ranges from $111-333. I have time to tattoo tomorrow 10/30, and would love to do some work with you while the energy is potent. I have time for up to 5 appointments, depending on what is booked. However if you can’t make it tomorrow BUT you want to grab one of these at this price, book with me before midnight 10/31.
Apologies on the weird cropping. 🤙

It is my plan to offer some larger concept ideas around the Winter Solstice. I’ve included one as a teaser here. Please reach out if you are interested!

Ferns for a force of nature. ❤️‍🔥
Another piece that isn’t actually quite finished as we’ll be adding a small piece to the right shoulder, but it also feels like it deserves a spot on the grid now. Love these beauties on this beauty. Such an pleasure to adorn you, friend. Thank you. 🙏🏽

Here’s a projects in-progress reel update covering mid-Aug through today. ✨🖤✨Highlights from this reel may include me having a tree moment, and if you make it all the way to the final piece here, you’ll find a finished first tattoo. I’ve got several smaller single session pieces to share soon, and you might see this one again then.
Everything else still in progress.

Booking new projects for November in Bellingham, WA. I’m excited to find what autumn has in store.

This client challenged me to cover this heavy-lined lady with a mix of my blackwork and natural illustration to create a vase of flowers. It was the perfect kind of request because she gave me lots of freedom around the plants to use and shapes to create it. My illustration style is pretty fineline fine-detail, so I knew I needed to use as many of those bold original lines to build the new image as I could.

We do honestly have a little more to go. Our last session was long, and a little remains to complete, but I am just so happy with our results that I had to share now. Will absolutely hard post photos once fully completed.

I’m stoked. What do you think?

@alwayssunnyinwi came in from Montana last month and we added another few layers and a Coastal Douglas Fir to this PNW sleeve in progress.

We’ve been slowly growing this project over the years, and he wears a timeline of my own growth in blackwork and natural illustration. I look at this sleeve in progress and I can see where my black inks changed, and remember which studios we made which marks in. Five-ish years in and this is a true honor. Thank you my friend. I can’t wait to see what we grow next!!
