💜 A New Chapter for Painted Maeve 💜

After a lot of thought, I’ve made the decision to officially retire our Classic Diamond Painting Kits. Over the next couple of weeks, you’ll slowly start to see the Classic options be unavailable🫶🏼

As Painted Maeve continues to grow, I want to focus on creating the best possible experience from the moment you open your package. By simplifying our lineup, I can dedicate more time and attention to improving the quality of every kit we offer.

Moving forward, every diamond painting canvas will include our premium special drills, upgraded toolkit, and luxurious velvet canvas, giving every customer the very best Painted Maeve experience. ✨

If you’ve already placed an order for a Classic kit, don’t worry! Your order will still be fulfilled exactly as promised. 💜

Thank you all so much for being part of this journey. Every change I make is with one goal in mind: creating the best possible experience for this amazing community. I truly can’t wait for you to experience what’s next!

An honest update from me to you. 🤍

Your orders ARE in production, fully paid for, and shipping has been paid. I have also received photos of packaged orders waiting to ship.

Unfortunately, getting clear answers from my supplier has become extremely difficult. I ask for updates every single day, often staying up until 4 AM because of the time difference, and many of my questions continue to go unanswered.

Please know I am constantly advocating for your orders. You work hard for your money, and I refuse to stop pushing for answers about orders YOU paid for.

The agreed lead time was 15–20 working days, which has not been honored. The outstanding orders must be shipped by October 10th, but I am pushing hard for them to ship much sooner.

I never wanted to bring the messy side of owning a business here, but you deserve transparency. I’m ready to put this situation behind Painted Maeve and move forward. 🤍

Please DM me or email paintedmaeve@gmail.com with any questions. I’ll also be sending email updates to keep everyone informed.

Thank you for your patience and support. 🫶

To other diamond art business: please beware of this supplier. I should’ve listened to the warnings when other businesses told me to be careful but I didn’t listen. That was my mistake.
