Quick #sketch for the @drawdailytogether #artchallenge based on a reference by @lizavaratyntsava of the Wallstrasse in Oldenburg (Oldenburg).
Fun facts:
- there are 3 towns named Oldenburg in Germany
- #oldenburg literally means „alte Burg“ (old castle or old stronghold).
- the oldest one of the Oldenburgs near Lübeck and Fehmarn is actually about 5.000 years old.
- This reference is of the biggest of the 3 Oldenburgs.

The „country side sketches“ series continues with part 2:
- Italian villa
- Italian contra side - I used a lovely reference by @katie_moody that she posted while on a art retreat (LOVED her stories about this - maybe one day I will participate 🥰)
- French town - I used a photo by @patrice_fummi - if you haven’t done so, please check him out, he does great pictures from all over France 🇫🇷
